ach.. u know what? this a half realised idea

Ill get back to u people when I have a fully realised one, right there are 2 flaws

-these rules are fresh and untested
-u people dont seem to know how an rpg works.. (u cant have a personel army and nonone gets the theme right)

In due time I will put somthing up on the forum.. possibly an rpg, possibly somthing else..

but this is just not working..
